Tournament Information for VWMSA Teams

The VWMSA encourages all teams, whether in "C", "B" or "A" to enter tournaments before, during or after the season.

The Association Will Refund 100% of 1 Tournament for C Teams

The Association will pay the registration fee for each "C" team to enter one tournament per year. The team must pay the full tournament entry fee and apply with documentation to the VWMSA Executive to receive their 100% refund.

Rep "A" and "B" teams usually enter tournaments more often than "C" teams, and are required to pay for the costs associated with such tournaments by fundraising at the team level.

It is important for team managers and coaches to plan early for tournament registrations, as they very often book up early. This is especially true of the most popular tournaments.
